Here is a little project I’ve personally been working on. We got some warm weather this weekend and I was able to finish it up. Well, almost. I will have to wait for them to finish the excavation before I completely finish it, but you can get a pretty good idea of what it will look like finished. The way the grading finished out, I was afraid the dirt would wash onto our patio. So I decided to do a small retaining wall which also serves as additional patio seating. In the pictures you see little plastic pins that are suppose to lock it all together. They didn’t work as well as I would like so I ended up mixing up some mortar and putting it inside the holes in the blocks as well.
